Corporate Information

The design and implementation of the corporate infrastructure for our various entities is being headed up by our Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Doug Smith. Doug is a University of Cincinnati Alumni, who began his career in the financial sector as an investment analyst and broker. With the advent of the cellular industry, he migrated to wireless communications, coming up through the sales ranks and culminating in executive management. He then spent the first part of this decade traveling as a business consultant, lending his guidance to companies predominately in Chicago and Los Angeles. It was his exposure to the entertainment industry in Hollywood, and his companies, Creative Pictures and Castle Studios, that enticed him to join our team and orchestrate our current endeavors.

"We are building a solid foundation and aligning ourselves with a network of strategic partners, which will be a key component to our longevity in today's economic climate. We are also creating numerous synergies and integrating flexibility into our purposeful design, which should enable us to take advantage of expected and unexpected opportunities so that we may maximize our revenue potential. Of course, we were also fortunate to attract pillars of our local community as our financial stakeholders. Marilyn and Martin Wade, along with Carl Lindner are certainly great to have on your team", says Doug in a recent interview. "Our initial model has four main complimentary components, with a few more in development. Cincinnati is our incubator, but duplication on a national and global scale is our horizon." he says smiling.

Dining Entertainment is a radio program currently airing locally in Cincinnati on Oldies 1480 radio station and www.smoothjazz1480.com - Cincinnati's "smooth jazz" web cast each Sunday morning from 11:00 - 12:00. WCIN has new owners, a new energy, great demographics and ever-increasing listenership. Our show, Dining Entertainment, is a culinary based program with a variety of interesting and enjoyable topics. One of the key segments is hosting chefs from area restaurants so that they can discuss and explain their menus, talk about their restaurant's concepts and features, and potentially share with the listener how to make one of their signature dishes. Consequently, our audience will discover Cincinnati's dining treasures and will be enticed to visit, knowing exactly what to expect before arriving at their establishment. We will also bring on other culinary professionals, local celebrities, area performers as well as allocate part of the show for questions from our dedicated listeners. The cooking segment, "Tips from the Maestro", will also be coordinated with 1480's website and ours, www.themidnightgourmet.com, so that you can print off one of the day's recipes and cook right along with Nick Tolbert, our host.

Each show will be one hour in length which allows plenty of time for key sponsors to receive great exposure. We are willing to utilize an organization's pre-recorded commercials or produce advertising segments for you. Based on the level of participation, our host can dedicate extra time to highlight particular features, services, or products as requested. This "testimonial" approach proves to be tremendously effective. The website traffic, including the robust "internet streaming" audience, makes a corresponding coupon offer, special advertisement, or giveaway extremely successful. Oldies 1480 will provide 15 - 20 weekly on-air promotions and include the show in their external advertising. Dining Entertainment is a Midnight Gourmet, LLC production and will be cross-promoted with our other endeavors - The Midnight Gourmet television show, The Midnight Gourmet family of products, as well as our print media initiatives and our partner's websites such as the Cincinnati Bengals and Jungle Jim's. I think you will find Dining Entertainment to be a fantastic value and look forward to your participation.

The television section of this site has a few pictures of the "stripped-down" version of our set, which may give you a better idea of the possibilities. (On a local basis, our catering organization produces many large-scale, high-profile events and would be open to marketing ideas to include products or services that would like to gain exposure to this clientele, as long as it enhances the occasion and is approved by the organizers.)
