Pan Seared Salmon w/ Bacon, Garlic & Red Wine

INGREDIENTS

2 – 4oz Salmon Fillets
4 – Strips of Bacon
2 Tbs Chop garlic
1 Tbs Chop Shallots
Salt & Pepper
2 Tbs Mayo
1/4 Cup Red Wine
2 Tbs Chop Parsley

4 Tbs Diced Red Peppers
